Houston, USA, 1 December 2025 – deugro (USA), Inc. has announced a series of leadership changes across its US and North American business, covering country management, regional strategy and key client activities.

Jeff Smith will take on the role of Vice President and Country Manager of deugro (USA), Inc. He has held international leadership roles within deugro, including responsibility for global supply chain activities and supporting organisational development in several regions. In his new position, he will lead the US organisation, overseeing operational and commercial performance as well as ongoing organisational initiatives across the country.

Ryan Blewett will move into the position of Vice President, Strategy and Development for deugro in North America. He will be responsible for regional strategic projects, focused business development efforts and the management of selected strategic accounts.
