N-Sea Group has appointed Pim Nelemans as Chief Executive Officer, with the change taking effect on 15 June.

Nelemans, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer, takes over from Martin Adler. Adler led N-Sea Group for more than five years and will remain involved with the company as a shareholder and Chairman of the Advisory Board.

Adler said the leadership transition comes after the company achieved the main objectives set following its acquisition by CapitalChange in 2021. During his tenure, N-Sea Group expanded its capabilities across survey, UXO identification and clearance, cable repair and installation, IRM, construction, and decommissioning.

The company said day-to-day management will be handled by its Management Board, made up of Nelemans and Ann Porte, the current Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining N-Sea Group, Nelemans held senior roles at Dockwise and Boskalis, including Managing Director of Heavy Marine Transport and Director of Estimating and Engineering Offshore.

Nelemans thanked Adler for his leadership and said the company will focus on international growth, smart technical solutions, operational performance, and long-term value for customers, partners, and shareholders.
