The position will involve managing marine operations including towing, barge positioning, loading and unloading, mooring, ballast activities and cargo security. The Project Manager will also coordinate vessel readiness, operational planning, safety requirements, weather limitations, suppliers, schedules and project costs.
The role is suited to professionals with substantial experience in tug and barge operations, offshore logistics or heavy-lift transportation. Applicants must also be authorized to work in Indonesia.
Key Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Maritime Operations or a related field
- Around 7–10 years of relevant marine operations experience
- At least three years in a supervisory or marine leadership position
- Experience with heavy deck cargo, offshore modules or high-value project cargo
- Strong knowledge of towing, barge operations and marine safety procedures
