OceanMight, a subsidiary of KKB Engineering Berhad, has secured an engineering, procurement and construction contract from Sarawak Shell Berhad for fixed offshore structures associated with the Teja and Pepulut (TePu) and Temu and Inai (TuNai) field developments offshore Sarawak.
The contract covers Teja and Pepulut under the Block SK408 production sharing contract and Temu and Inai under the Block MLNG production sharing contract.
Malaysia’s Department of Environment identifies Sarawak Shell Berhad as the project proponent for the TePu and TuNai developments and lists the project location as offshore Sarawak.
According to KKB’s announcement, the EPC contract awarded to OceanMight runs from 28 August 2026 until December 2027.
KKB also received separate supply orders from Hock Seng Lee Berhad and Bumia Sdn Bhd, with the work scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The Shell EPC contract and the two separate supply orders have a combined value of approximately RM462 million.
KKB said the awards are expected to contribute to the group’s earnings and net assets over their respective contract periods.
