Heerema Marine Contractors has completed the Hugin-B jacket installation with Sleipnir, marking the fifth and final jacket lift referenced for the Yggdrasil and Valhall PWP-Fenris project.

The Fenris topside has departed Verdal for the North Sea, marking a major step for the Valhall PWP-Fenris project. The unmanned platform is due to start production in 2027 and is expected to support higher gas exports from Valhall.

Aker BP has received consent to use Haven at the Valhall field in the Norwegian North Sea as the field moves toward a new phase of long-life production.

Aker Solutions won a five-year MMO contract from Aker BP covering key NCS assets including Yggdrasil, starting 1 March 2026, with options and a NOK 8–12 billion value range.

The Utility module for Valhall PWP has arrived at Aker Solutions’ Stord yard after sail-away from Stavanger, marking the largest single delivery to the PWP topside and advancing integration ahead of offshore installation.
