Roll Group is recruiting a full-time Draftsman for its engineering team in Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands. The company provides heavy transport and lifting services for projects on land and at sea.
The role involves preparing lifting and transport drawings, developing structural fabrication drawings from engineering calculations, and supporting fleet engineering needs. Responsibilities also cover drawing revisions, project scope tracking, and improvements to internal drafting tools.
The position offers two days of hybrid working per week, 28 days of annual leave, and participation in the company’s pension and bonus schemes.
Key Requirements
- Relevant Dutch MBO vocational qualification or HBO bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in comparable drafting work.
- Strong AutoCAD skills.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach and availability for occasional international travel.
