KOIL Energy Solutions has formed a strategic alliance with Pipeline Network to expand its international presence, operational capabilities and customer support across the Eastern Hemisphere.
The alliance combines KOIL Energy’s subsea technology capabilities with Pipeline Network’s regional operations across the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Customers will gain access to a broader portfolio of subsea products, rental equipment and field services.
Pipeline Network provides consultancy, representation and commercial support to suppliers and operators in the oil and gas pipeline services sector. The company is led by John Grover, who has more than 40 years of industry experience.
Chris Sebesta, Director of Business Development at KOIL Energy, said the agreement would expand the company’s ability to provide testing equipment and service personnel throughout the Eastern Hemisphere.
The alliance follows a series of project awards and funding announcements by KOIL Energy.
On 11 March 2026, the company announced a pre-commissioning project award offshore West Africa. It secured $5 million on 22 May 2026 to expand its rental equipment fleet.
On 11 June 2026, KOIL Energy received an award for subsea umbilical handling services. The scope includes the acquisition of an additional 3,500 t mobile offshore carousel.
