The position will lead commercial activities across complex offshore wind tenders, including client engagement, proposal strategy, pricing, negotiations and contract award. The successful candidate will work closely with scour, foundation T&I, engineering, procurement and finance teams while supporting new market and business development opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Degree in engineering, business, commercial studies or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience
- Background in offshore wind, EPCI, T&I, oil & gas or similar sectors
- Experience with offshore tenders, contract negotiations and commercial risk
- Strong English communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
