ADNOC and SLB have deployed an artificial intelligence-enabled Real-Time Operations Center across more than 120 rigs in ADNOC Drilling’s fleet.
The platform provides teams with a real-time view of drilling activity across onshore and offshore assets operated by ADNOC Onshore and ADNOC Offshore.
According to ADNOC, the system replaces multiple tools and reduces engineering effort by 30–40%. Engineers can support two to three times more rigs while maintaining operational oversight.
Automated dashboards and AI-powered performance insights turn drilling data into information that can be used by business, asset and drilling teams. Reporting processes that previously required several days can now be completed within hours.
The platform also combines operational data, advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. Tasks that previously required a full day of analysis can be completed within minutes.
By analyzing live rig data, the Real-Time Operations Center can identify potential issues before they escalate. ADNOC said the platform can reduce incident response times by 4–12 hours and help avoid one to two days of rig downtime.
The system is enabled by SLB’s DrillOps intelligent well delivery and insights solutions. It brings live rig data from across drilling operations into a single environment, supporting fleet monitoring, risk identification and coordination between teams.

The platform was developed in the UAE and is hosted within ADNOC’s cloud environment. Critical operational information and workflows remain stored in the country under UAE jurisdiction.
