Jumbo Maritime has introduced Frederic Lan-Shun as the new Business Development Director for Asia Pacific at Jumbo Offshore.

Lan-Shun brings extensive experience from the offshore energy sector, combining engineering and construction expertise across both conventional and renewable industries. His professional background covers multiple regions, including Western Europe, West Africa, the Far East, Greater China, and Southeast Asia, where he has held technical and operational roles involving tendering, commercial, and project management activities.

Based in Singapore, Lan-Shun will act as the company’s main point of contact for the Asia Pacific region. His responsibilities include regional strategy development, market assessment and entry, due diligence, and supporting commercial initiatives — in a role the company says will help strengthen its position as a trusted installation contractor for subsea and offshore wind projects.
