Kerry Logistics Network Limited (“KLN”; Stock Code 0636.HK) announced on 1 October 2025 a series of key executive appointments aimed at accelerating the company’s global transformation and enhancing its operational capabilities. The Hong Kong–based logistics group appointed Wong Siew Loong as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and promoted long-time executive Samuel Lau to Managing Director of Integrated Logistics, both joining the Global Management Board.

Wong, who joined KLN as Chief Commercial Officer in November 2024, brings over 25 years of international logistics and supply chain experience to his new position. Before joining KLN, he served as President of the Asia Pacific region at Kuehne+Nagel, where he oversaw business development and regional operations across multiple markets. As COO, Wong will lead KLN’s global operations, with a focus on driving efficiency, scalability, and transformation across the company’s diverse service portfolio.

Samuel Lau, who has been with KLN since 2000, assumes the role of Managing Director of Integrated Logistics. Over his two-decade tenure, he has played an instrumental role in building KLN’s integrated logistics business and strengthening its market presence across Asia and beyond. In his new position, he will oversee the company’s end-to-end logistics operations worldwide, focusing on synergy creation and value-driven service enhancement.

Vic Cheung, Executive Director and Group Managing Director of KLN, emphasized that the new appointments reflect the company’s confidence in both executives’ leadership capabilities and deep understanding of the logistics industry. He noted that as KLN continues its transformation journey toward becoming a leading global logistics powerhouse, these leadership changes are designed to accelerate execution and sharpen strategic alignment.

Through these appointments, KLN aims to blend external expertise and internal continuity, positioning the company to advance its global reach while sustaining operational excellence. The move underscores KLN’s commitment to transformation, innovation, and sustainable growth across its logistics ecosystem.
