ESL Shipping has announced that its subsidiary AtoB@C Shipping will be integrated into the ESL Shipping identity, creating a single brand structure for its shipping operations.
The company said the change is intended to strengthen its market position and make its service offering easier to understand across key customer segments. Managing Director Mikki Koskinen said AtoB@C Shipping, which has been part of the group since 2018, will now be represented through a clearer and more unified brand.
The move will also support closer coordination between the Coaster and Handy segments, giving customers and partners a more consistent point of reference for communication and service delivery.
The transition will be introduced in stages over the coming months. Brand materials and digital channels, including websites, will be updated gradually to keep the process orderly and maintain continuity.
ESL Shipping stated that current commercial terms, customer communication channels, and operating procedures will continue as before. The company said services will not be disrupted by the rebranding.
The company added that the unified identity is expected to improve internal efficiency while maintaining operational reliability and existing workforce structures.
Frida Rowland, Director, Business Unit Coasters, said the company is focused on making the change seamless for customers and that the new brand structure reflects the combined capabilities of both organisations.
