DEME’s jack-up vessel Norse Wind has installed the first 15 MW turbine at RWE’s Nordseecluster A project in the German North Sea, where 44 Vestas turbines are planned by the end of 2026.

DEME’s jack-up vessel Norse Wind has installed the first 15 MW turbine at RWE’s Nordseecluster A project in the German North Sea, where 44 Vestas turbines are planned by the end of 2026.

DEME has officially named Norse Wind in Oslo. The new vessel is equipped with a 3,200 t crane and will support next-generation offshore wind turbine and monopile installation in the North Sea.

DEME has taken delivery of its new wind turbine installation vessel Norse Wind, equipped for 15MW+ turbine installation and expanding the company’s offshore renewables fleet.
