TEPCO Renewable Power Starts EIA for 420 MW Choshi Offshore Wind Project

TEPCO Renewable Power has started the EIA process for a fixed-bottom offshore wind project of up to 420 MW off Choshi, with as many as 27 turbines under consideration.
