Sarens has completed the transport of the military vessel Dinmukhamed Kunaev through Oral in West Kazakhstan over a route of around 3 km.
The vessel, weighing approximately 600 t, was moved from the dock to its designated unloading location using Kamag K25 modular trailers configured with 40 axle lines across two Power Pack Units.
The configuration provided the load distribution and manoeuvrability required for the vessel to move through the city route.
Sarens Kazakhstan also carried out the lifting operations needed to place Dinmukhamed Kunaev on the transport platform. Hydraulic jacks were used to raise and lower the vessel during loading and unloading activities.
The operation required coordination with local authorities because of the size of the cargo and the urban route. Traffic police escorted the convoy, while temporary power shutdowns were arranged along the route to provide sufficient clearance for the oversized vessel.
The work included route preparation, lifting, transport, loading and unloading activities as Sarens completed the movement through Oral, also known as Uralsk.
