Norwegian offshore vessel owner DOF has received a letter of award for a four-year AHTS contract involving the Skandi Hera and ROV services. The contract is expected to start between late 2026 and early 2027.

The award remains subject to partner approval. That condition is expected to be lifted during the third quarter of 2026.

Financial terms were not disclosed. DOF classified the award as a large contract, placing its value in the range of $100 million to $200 million.

Before the new contract begins, the 2006-built Skandi Hera will complete two campaigns in Argentina. One was scheduled for the second quarter of 2026, while the other will take place during the third and fourth quarters.

The vessel is operating in Argentina alongside the CSV Skandi Patagonia. The two campaigns have a combined duration of more than 250 days.
