Titan Wind Energy has secured an FPSO hull construction contract valued at RMB 568 million, marking its entry into the high-end offshore oil and gas equipment market. The order was placed by China Merchants Heavy Industry (Jiangsu), with OceanSTAR Elite Group named as the final vessel owner.

The FPSO will measure 199.2 m in length, 41.0 m in beam and 23.0 m in depth. Construction and delivery are scheduled for completion in 2027.

Designed as a core offshore oil and gas production facility, the FPSO will integrate oil and gas separation, oily wastewater treatment, power generation, crude oil storage, onboard accommodation and operational command functions.

The contract expands Titan Wind Energy’s offshore engineering portfolio. The company has built a product system covering monopiles, jackets, offshore substations and oil and gas modules, supported by manufacturing bases in Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces.

The project followed technical qualification and evaluation procedures for FPSO hull construction. It also supports Titan Wind Energy’s efforts to participate in further high-end offshore engineering projects.
