AD Ports Group, through Noatum Maritime’s Safeen Drydocks, has acquired Spain’s Astilleros Balenciaga for €11.2 million, renaming it Balenciaga Shipyard and positioning it for offshore wind vessel projects.

ESVAGT acquired SOVs Breeze Enabler and Brint Enabler from Edda Wind. Long-term contracts with Ocean Breeze and Vestas were novated to ESVAGT for continued operations.

Cemre Shipyard has delivered NB1094 ESVAGT, the world’s first SOV powered by e-methanol and batteries, designed for Hornsea 2 operations with reduced emissions and modern offshore service capabilities.
