Seaway7’s Seaway Hawk has departed Batam, Indonesia, after loading a 12,000-tonne floating dock. The heavy transport vessel is set to deliver the dock to Abidjan’s Carena shipyard by 18 October 2025, boosting the shipyard’s capacity for large-scale vessel repair and maintenance projects in West Africa.

Skyborn Renewables has named Seaway 7 as preferred contractor for transporting and installing 63 monopiles and transition pieces at the 976.5 MW Gennaker offshore wind farm, set for 2028.
