SEAWAY HAWK, a semi-submersible heavy-lift vessel, loaded the VALARIS 247 in Singapore. The vessel is en route to Port Rashid, with an ETA of December 14, 2025. The rig was sold to BW Energy in May 2025.
Seaway7’s Seaway Hawk has departed Batam, Indonesia, after loading a 12,000-tonne floating dock. The heavy transport vessel is set to deliver the dock to Abidjan’s Carena shipyard by 18 October 2025, boosting the shipyard’s capacity for large-scale vessel repair and maintenance projects in West Africa.

Seaway7 has won a substantial contract from Synera Renewable Energy to handle inter-array cable transport and installation at Taiwan’s 495 MW Formosa 4 offshore wind farm, further cementing its presence in the Asia-Pacific wind market.
Skyborn Renewables has named Seaway 7 as preferred contractor for transporting and installing 63 monopiles and transition pieces at the 976.5 MW Gennaker offshore wind farm, set for 2028.
