Petronas awards Sepat EPC to Muhibbah

Upstream reports that Petronas Carigali has awarded Muhibbah Engineering a RM700m–850m EPC contract for wellhead platforms on the Sepat integrated redevelopment project offshore Kuala Terengganu, with completion due by Q1 2029.
