France Opens 10 GW Offshore Wind Tender

France has opened a major offshore wind tender for eleven projects across Normandy, Brittany, the South Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea, combining seven floating and four fixed-bottom sites with more than 10 GW of planned capacity.
