Noatum Ports has received three STS cranes and six RTG cranes at Safaga Terminal in Egypt, marking a key operational step before the multipurpose port opens later in 2026.

AD Ports Group, through Noatum Maritime’s Safeen Drydocks, has acquired Spain’s Astilleros Balenciaga for €11.2 million, renaming it Balenciaga Shipyard and positioning it for offshore wind vessel projects.

AD Ports Group has started rolling out Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite connectivity across its global fleet and terminals. The initiative will deliver real-time vessel tracking, automated cargo monitoring, and seamless communications, reinforcing the group’s digital transformation strategy.
