Noble Corporation has signed a new contract with Amni International Petroleum Development Company Limited for the drillship Noble Venturer in Ghana. The agreement is set to commence following the rig’s release from its current assignment, projected for late 2026 or early 2027.

The contract covers one exploration well, with an estimated duration of 55 days. Under the terms, the drillship will operate at a day rate of $450,000.

Blake Denton, Noble’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Contracts, stated, “We are excited to extend our long-term presence in Ghana. We thank Amni for their trust in Noble on this important exploration campaign.”
