Skyborn Renewables and Dajin Heavy Industry signed a contract for the supply of transition pieces (TPs) for the Gennaker Offshore Wind Project, marking another confirmed step toward project execution. The agreement follows the companies’ continued cooperation on offshore component manufacturing and delivery.

Patrick Lammers, CEO of Skyborn Renewables, said the partnership was entering its execution phase with Dajin, emphasizing the company’s proven offshore manufacturing capability and stable delivery performance. He noted that these factors would support the overall progress of the Gennaker development.

Jin Xin, Chairman of Dajin Heavy Industry, stated that the contract demonstrated the companies’ shared focus on quality and their joint contribution to Europe’s renewable energy transition. He highlighted that the cooperation reflected a commitment to reliable production and project delivery.

The Gennaker offshore wind farm will have an installed capacity of up to 976.5 MW and will be located in the German Baltic Sea. The project is scheduled for commissioning in 2028, supplying clean electricity equivalent to the consumption of about 1 million households. The TP supply agreement signed by Skyborn and Dajin represents a key step in meeting the project’s timeline and component delivery sequence.
