NMDC Energy has won three Aramco offshore projects valued together at AED 2.8 billion ($763.3 million). The awards cover engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), with completion expected within 18 to 23 months.

The contractor confirmed receipt of a letter of award from Saudi Aramco in its 23 October 2026 disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. No project names, locations or individual package values were provided.

Splash247, citing local media reports, linked the awards to contract release and purchase orders (CRPOs) 167, 169 and 171 at the Marjan and Zuluf offshore fields. These reported package identities and scopes were not confirmed in the filing.

Under the reported allocation, CRPO 167 is understood to cover engineering, procurement, construction and installation of eight jackets for Marjan. CRPO 169 reportedly involves three production deck modules for the same field, while CRPO 171 is reported to comprise three production deck modules for Zuluf.

Splash247 also reported that the packages belong to a group of five offshore tenders offered through Aramco’s long-term agreement framework, with Saipem securing the other two.

NMDC Energy’s long-term agreement with Aramco dates to 2016. The companies extended the arrangement for three years in April 2025, retaining an option for another three years. Services under the framework range from engineering and procurement to fabrication and transport, alongside offshore installation and pre-commissioning work in Saudi territorial waters.

The contractor also operates a 400,000 sq m fabrication facility at Ras Al Khair in Saudi Arabia. NMDC Energy’s half-year results state that the yard became fully operational in the second quarter of 2025. Splash247 puts its annual fabrication capacity at 40,000 tonnes.
