Rosetti Marino has secured a contract worth between €250 million and €300 million from INEOS E&P A/S for a new offshore platform for the Hejre Development in the Danish North Sea.
The contract covers engineering, procurement and construction, together with load-out, transportation and offshore installation of the platform. Preliminary activities have already started, with completion scheduled during 2028.
The award follows Rosetti Marino’s earlier involvement in the project. In May 2024, the company received an approximately €9 million Front End Engineering Design contract from INEOS for the Hejre to South Arne development. The FEED work covered engineering for modifications required to connect the Hejre and South Arne topsides and formed the basis for the project’s later execution phase.
The project reached another key stage on 20 May 2026, when the Danish Energy Agency approved a revised development plan for the Hejre field, subject to a number of conditions. The approved development assumes reuse of the existing Hejre jacket with a new topside installed on the structure.
Hejre is a high-pressure, high-temperature field in licence block 05/98 in the Danish sector of the North Sea, around 300 km west-northwest of Esbjerg. Rosetti Marino has cited design conditions of up to 759 barg and 170°C. The latest contract follows the earlier FEED work and covers delivery and offshore installation of the new platform.
