Boskalis deployed long-distance tugs BOKA Alpine and BOKA Summit off Cameroon for an operation involving Golar’s 293 m FLNG Hilli, which was to be towed to Singapore.

The two Boskalis tugs were deployed as FLNG Hilli was picked up off the Cameroon coast for the tow to its next destination.

During position keeping of the 293 m FLNG Hilli, BOKA Alpine and BOKA Summit received assistance from Smit Lamnalco tugs SL Trogon and SL Twite.

Boskalis said one of its subsidiaries has been operating in Cameroon for some time.
