This role focuses on the technical management of fleet operations, including maintenance planning, dry docking, repairs, and compliance. The position involves close coordination with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, as well as occasional travel to support vessel activities both locally and overseas.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marine Engineering or relevant technical experience
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of vessel systems and maintenance processes
- Experience with Planned Maintenance Systems (CMMS)
- Good English communication skills and willingness to travel
